| Shipping We ship within the United States. Shipping is $6.99 for the first book and $1.99 for each additional book, and free on orders of $50 or more. Every book is printed when you order it, so most orders arrive within about two weeks. Damaged or misprinted books If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or missing pages, we will make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery at order@prayerswithunclebishop.org with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. Returns Because each book is printed just for you, we can’t accept returns of books that arrive in good condition. Personalized editions of Called by Name are printed with the names you give us, so they can be replaced only if they arrive damaged or misprinted. Orders that don’t arrive If your order hasn’t arrived three weeks after you placed it, email us and we will track it down or send a new copy. Cancellations Orders go to print about an hour after you place them. After that, we can’t cancel them. Refunds Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Prayers with Uncle Bishop, LLC · East Point, Georgia |
