Prayers with Uncle Bishop, LLC (“we,” “us”) runs prayerswithunclebishop.org. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, the books you order, and any names you type for a personalized book. You enter card and PayPal details directly with our payment services, Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you send a form: what you type on our prayer request, church quote, consultation, or invitation forms. Our forms are provided by Jotform.
- When you join the Sunday Porch Letter: your name and email address.
- When you visit: basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you view, and small files called cookies that keep your cart and checkout working.
How we use it
- To print, ship, and support your order. Our printer, Lulu, receives your name, shipping address, and phone number so it can print and deliver your books.
- To answer you, pray with you, or prepare the quote, consultation, or visit you asked about.
- To send the Sunday Porch Letter, if you asked for it. You can stop it at any time.
- To keep the records the law requires, such as sales and tax records.
Prayer requests
Prayer requests are read only by Uncle Bishop and our prayer team. They are never published or shared outside that team, and they are deleted after 90 days. You do not have to give your name.
Names for personalized books
Names you type for a Called by Name book are used only to print that book and to confirm the spelling with you.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who else handles it
Stripe and PayPal (payments), Lulu (printing and shipping), Jotform (forms), and Hostinger (website hosting and email). Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. We keep letter subscribers until you ask us to remove you. Prayer requests are deleted after 90 days.
Your choices
You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you may stop the letter at any time. Email order@prayerswithunclebishop.org.
Children
Our site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
